The Fundamentals Of A Successful Business

In today’s world, where technology is constantly evolving at an accelerated pace, what was considered the latest and greatest today is likely to be out of date tomorrow. In a fast-paced world, launching and running a successful business is an Everest task.

No matter the challenge, the foundations will always remain the same. If you follow the criteria, there’s no reason for a business to not succeed. Here are a few items that if followed, could lead to a massive success for any business.

PEOPLE ELEMENT

A business is made up of human beings just as an object is composed by invisible units known as atoms. In order to be successful, the human factor must be considered throughout all aspects of a company. Customers, employees, vendors or associates are all human. A business can be successful if it follows the humane principle. The philosophy is that you should not focus on numbers (Profits, assets), but rather the happiness of your employees.

The middle path

Always choose the middle way and avoid extremes. The term extreme is anything beyond what one needs. Money, status, luxury, aggression, passion, love and passion are all examples of extremes. A balanced view will help a person flourish professionally and socially in the long run. Adopting a moderate attitude allows you to stay within your “Protection Envelope” and avoid unnecessary stress. It will lead to increased productivity, and ultimately growth and nourishment for your business.

Risk taking

Risk taking is a key element of business. It is important to distinguish between calculated and outrageous risk. Risk taking starts with calculating the benefits of a risk and then comparing it to its risks. This calculated calculation will keep the business on the middle-path described above. This would allow it to retain its innovative capabilities and leverage. The history of large companies that haven’t adopted the strategy have seen their profits shrink. Kodak used to be a big brand on the consumer market. But now, its popularity has shrunk only to the entertainment and medical industries.

No Enemies

In business, there should not be any enemies. Respect, professionalism and care should prevail both within and outside of the organization. All those people that the world calls “enemies” can be our allies. This is most evident in the case of competitors. It has been proven that backbiting politics and kicking legs have not worked in the long-term, even though it might bring temporary success.

In addition to this core base, there are some other important elements that must be considered before Parting. This includes faith, hardwork, passion, knowledge and social stability. It also includes focus, luck, focus on ALLAH, and a lot of other things.
